IL Bar No. 6201475
CO Bar No. 22202

Carole Ann Krohn helps individuals and households make sense of legal disputes involving their homes, purchases, services, and financial commitments. She brings decades of experience in contracts, real estate, commercial transactions, and civil litigation to her work with Iron Gate.

Her approach begins with careful attention to the documents and the facts: what was promised, what happened, and what evidence supports the client's position. In reviewing disputes and representing clients she emphasizes clear analysis, practical remedies, and an accurate presentation of the client's claim.

Carole's career has included serving as in-house counsel for Heller Financial and establishing her own multistate practice in Illinois and Colorado. Her experience spans financial services, real estate, health care, and family law. She has also represented children as a guardian ad litem and served in court-appointed investigative and dispute-resolution roles, work requiring close attention to complex records and the people affected by legal decisions.

She earned her J.D. from the University of Illinois and graduated with honors from Purdue University, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. She is licensed to practice in Illinois and Colorado.

Outside of her legal practice, Carole has devoted many years to classical ballet as a teacher, artistic leader, and mentor. When she is not advocating for her clients she is enjoying time outdoors with her family and her beloved dogs and horses.
